Simran has been working solo for over a month and she continues to be a happy hard working member of our team. Nothing is ever too much and she is such a valuable member of our team.
Great communication from Dee taking SGM role, really drumming up support , seeking questions from staff, she is so positive and communicating well and encouraging others to take park. She is like the pied piper trumping up trade.
Sarah had to manage a particularly difficult incident recently. She was an absolute credit to the team in the way she dealt with the incident. She was inspirational and showed brilliant leadership skills.
Aderonke has been at Eleni for 3 months. in that time, she has shown true dedication, taking on as much extra training as she can. Aderonke has come a long way in a short space of time, taking time to learn the complex health needs of our residents and choosing to gain extra knowledge to support them. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!
When I first joined cygnet as a foreigner I was first given the very welcoming and positive vibes that made me more confident that I am safe and my ideas and skill towards supporting with respect trust empowerment and dignity is accepted even amongst my fellow staffs.
She with the company of Shara gave me a proper introduction unit by unit. Thank you.
Every ward needs a Paul; he is just so positive and carries this in his daily working practice; often getting our service users engaged in games and often see him laughing with our service users. He is very dedicated and supportive; will go above and beyond which is massively appreciated. I will sure miss you when I go back on Days.
I have nominated Cris because she has such a fabulous approach to communicating with the individuals in our service. She is so skilled at presenting a calm, low stimulation, reassuring presence for those individuals who need it. This is great person-centred working and wonderful to watch!
Thank you Cris!
Ejiro is absolutely amazing, she supports the service user and staff at Bury Upper East ward with tolerance and kindness. She is a fantastic to work with; staying calm and ever compassionate in tough situations and then acknowledging when it is time take a break to recoup energy for the next challenge that may come along! Thank you Ejiro
Eleanor has shown fantastic resilience, being able to support and build therapeutic relationships with the patients despite the ward being extremely challenging. Eleanor showed compassion and flexibility in her approach to the work which led to improved outcomes and better psychological understanding of the patients that needed extra support
Riah is a fun and passionate Occupational Therapist. She has contributed towards the development of a Model of Care Group for patients, and did a great job in presenting the Model of Care Presentation to new staff this week. She continues to demonstrate growth and progression in her role as an OT. Well done Riah, keep up the great work.
Charlotte is a very experienced member of staff who is a real team player with lots of ideas to share. Charlotte has an excellent sense of humour and is always on the ball with everything that goes on here at Norcott. Charlotte can also be super professional but always has time to help out others. Charlotte has lots of respect especially from myself.
Chloe is due to go on maternity leave and until this point has worked to cover all shifts, meet residents activity requests out of her own working pattern and has generally gone above and beyond repeatedly to better improve her service and her residents day to day lives. Chloe is an advocate for person centred care.
