Fatima is a real Joy to work with as she is always so positive and caring. This is shown day to day when Fatima is on shift, Fatima goes above and beyond. When dealing with incidents Fatima is always calming and helping with staff within the incident and after Well done Fatima and thank you!
No matter what Stephen is positive! He is a valued member of staff, supportive to all, always there encouraging the residents with whatever they need. Stephen has a can do attitude, encouraging all to be the best they can be and achieve their goals. He is also supportive to staff. Thank you Stephen for all you do!
Max brings so much joy to everyone’s day, both colleagues, Service Users and anyone whose path he crosses. His positive attitude is infectious and supports the delivery of care that is genuine and empathetic. Max understands that, sometimes, laughter really is the best medicine. Chloe entered the great cygnet cake of for those at Becky, making sure to involve all residents. Chloe made sure all the food for over Christmas was bought after a problem with the food delivery. Chloe cooked the dinner for all 11 residents and 13 staff by her self along side supporting a resident that day. Chloe made sure everyone had a lovely day
Laura continues to go above and beyond for patients on Knightstone Ward, demonstrating this at Christmas by buying all of the patients individualised gifts from the hospital. This made such a difference to the girls who were unable to make it home for Christmas this year and they asked that Laura be recognised for her kindness and thoughtfulness.
Sharlina is a night staff member – she is very pro active and passionate about all our residents care. Sharlina ensures that activities do not stop at 8pm and brings in new ideas and equipment etc on her night shifts to ensure all residents remain occupied and engaged in the evenings. This has helped reduce the number of incidents on nights.
The young people and families on our LSU who have worked with Bridgitte consistently feedback that they are extremely grateful for her contribution to their recovery. As a Psychiatrist in her team I am very grateful she makes to the team. She is passionate about compassion focused care for young people and staff.
Naomi is amazing she is very organised on top of her duties and makes the shift fun to be on . even when it is a stressful shift and things go wrong she encourages staff and helps make the situation better.

Sophie brings a positive attitude to her role and has effective ideas for challenging situations. She has excelled at being the family liaison, being a point of contact and family often refer to her as being positive for their connection with their loved one. Angela has worked hard to plan and organise the Christmas period at Kirkside Lodge. She has ensured that each resident has a Christmas Eve box of treats, as well as presents to open on Christmas Day. Angela has liaised with staff to arrange a visit from Santa and elf, and has carefully budgeted so that over the period special food can be served.
Cath has organised Christmas at Beckly. Cath made the menus, ordered the shopping and prepared a Christmas eve buffet for the residents. Cath worked really hard to ensure all family members and residents had a gift to open. Cath supported everyone at Becky to decorate for Christmas. Thank you for your continuous hard work at Beckly.
Yasmine has been a credit to the team at Woking. Going out of her way to help patients with any social work needs whilst working near on her own due to staffing shortages. She strives to achieve the best for all patients across all four wards at the site. Whilst she is not qualified yet, she will make an amazing Social Worker.
