Shamim took on the role of archiving champion as well as her team leading duties and what a difference this has made!
She has ensured that all archiving is up to date which has helped management and admin alike.

Celia has worked tirelessly and with tenacity to fill our pipelines at two services which have seen real recruitment challenges over the past 2 years. This will have significant impacts on consistency, morale and service user care. Celia is a behind the scenes hero, going above and beyond, to attract candidates and provide a positive experience.
Lucie works endlessly to support the individuals at Cygnet Manor to engage with all activities which are important to them. Lucie has completed the role alone and never complained whilst awaiting her colleague to return into post.

Georgia has just joined us at Outwood and she’s just ace! She works on her own initiative, is an important member to the team, has a few good ideas of her own when working alongside the residents and staff, is always very cheerful and positive and she is a joy to be around. She has taken up a few courses recently to further understand her role too.
Mandy never stops working hard, she has been at Beckly for over 10 years and has always kept busy by helping others. Mandy goes out of her way to ensure are residents are happy and cared for & always looks out for her staff. She accompanied me to the Award Ceremony and even swapped her shift to be there. Thank you Mandy you are appreciated!
Jacinta has been a fantastic CTL on Knightstone Ward. Managing an array of tasks and challenges. Support commissioners in their visit to the ward, Managing home leave expectations for all our service users and making the holiday season so enjoyable.

Alice has recently finished her Nursing Preceptorship and has developed so much in such a short space of time. She has been open to learning new skills and shown a genuine interest in being shown new tasks. Alice has put lots of effort into widening her skill set and is making the nursing team hugely proud of her and her achievements.
Mary has been with us for 3 months and after experiencing all the wards around Kewstoke, Mary has adapted to knightstone, its needs and SUs very well. Has gained an excellent understanding of the wards challenges and its strengths. Soon to become an RMN & Im sure the team will support me in saying there is no doubt of her ability to run the shift.
Dave has been with the Security team for a last year and has grown into a well rounded, security and safety focussed team member. He’s developed his training skills, presenting to new and experienced staff, can address security breaches with staff at any level in a calm and supportive manner, and he will take on any challenge.

Charli began working at Outwood recently, and has settled into her role incredibly well. As well as becoming a fantastic support worker, Charli has become a key member of the team, using her initiative to always help others. Residents, staff and families love her positive attitude and bubbly personality. We’re lucky to have you Charli!
Nurse B has shown her commitment to our patients by running group activities on the weekends that promote FUN, inclusivity and engagement in meaningful occupations.
Bidhata has done this on her own accord, and has embodied the cygnet values in her daily practice which is supported by multiple compliments from patients expressing their thanks!
Caroline has made a huge effort to bring some festive spirit to Kirkside! She has donated some decorations, brought in festive crafts and encouraged all the staff and service users to get involved in decorating the service.
The service looks brilliant thanks to Caroline’s efforts and we are ready to celebrate the big day.
