Lang has moved from support worker to senior to team leader over the last year and has done so with great enthusiasm. He has been seen to put his all into enabling his team to support residents well coming up with solutions to difficult situations and supporting his team to work together for the best outcome for residents.
During walking group, Wayne showed outstanding level of care as he supported a member of the public who was severely injured and in distress and required air ambulance. He provided comfort to this person, whilst also ensuring that the patients were reassured and supported.
During a walking group, Charlotte was administered first aid to a member of public who was severely injured and in distress and effectively liaised with the air ambulance on their arrival. Charlotte showed outstanding levels of care, whilst also providing incredible
support to the patients by ensuring their safety and providing reassurance.
Jessica came to Thornfield to help us out due to low staffing, Jessica was eager to get to work and was very happy to be here. Jessica ensured she engaged with each and every service user and was great at communicating with her allocated service user. Jessica prompted him to engage in a wide variety of activities and really made the most of his day
Claire always goes above and beyond to make sure our residents have a great time, she plans parties and events and is always keen to get us dressed up looking silly! She takes on board everything that is important to the residents and adapts the events to meet everyone’s needs. She makes Hollyhurst a fun place to live and work.
Natasha is the team leader on the other shift pattern which should mean i shouldn’t see her that much. However Natasha is consistently supporting the service due to ongoing increased behaviours. She goes above and beyond to ensure our work is complete and I appreciate everything she does for me at service. I couldn’t do it without her!
Anika has shown herself to be an incredibly supportive person to both service users and staff. We have recently had a service user who has had an increase in behaviours leading to a higher strain on staff. Anika is always uplifting the team, she will offer help to team leaders and I honestly appreciate everything she does for us all! Thank You Anika:)
Going above and beyond in supporting our Preceptorship Nurses, International Nurses even when not on duty to provide emotional support, offering resolutions, and completing welfare visits in the event of a staff member who was in a crisis. Thank you so much for your support we value you as a team in CAMHS.
Maxine has gone above and beyond in her role of Ward Clerk to support the ward and the YP , recent incident whereby she displayed the 6cs of Care. She displayed Compassion, competence, effective Communication, courage and commitment to her role to her team and the YP on her ward. Well done Maxine.
Megan is always motivated to work hard and is a great support for our service users. She is often willing to attend and engage well with additional staff groups, including reflective practice and care formulation, and has a good understanding of those she works with. She is an asset to the team at Cygnet Hospital Clifton. Well done Megan!
During the past few weeks Megan has taken on the role of covering the MHAA post At Upper House in addition to her duties at Lower House. Megan has worked tirelessly to ensure Upper has been supported and the audit conducted today was 99% which proves how hard Megan has worked. Thank you Megan from Team Acer 🙂
Scott recently worked with a resident that shows self-injurous behaviours. He stuck to protocol and boundaries and was gentle and kind in helping the resident through a difficult time period. He’s so passionate and caring towards all! Well done Scott x
