Ryan went above and beyond in organising a team building football event in Coventry for staff. Ryan organised for residents to go and watch the team play football. Ryan came in on his day off and coordinate the event and also went to Coventry to show the staff support and play football. Ryan’s passion is inspiring for all.

Despite herself being relatively new to the team, Georgia has been patient, supportive, and super helpful for me as a Cygnet newbie. She’s set-up endless links for me to access important appointments when I’ve unexpectedly had to work remotely, and she’s answered every daft question I’ve had. She’s a star and I’m glad to work with her!!
This year is all about growth for Lizzy, she completed a Phlebotomy training and now she can take bloods unsupervised; she qualified as Safety Intervention Instructor in April, and is actively building her confidence and experience while shadowing fellow instructors. To top it up, she completed The Great North half marathon, in whooping 2.15 hrs.
