John has been a great support to service users particular to a service user most recent where there was an issue with down loading music. John went out of his way and gave up time to help sort out. This has left the service user in a much happier feeling, better presentation and mental health.
Thank you John.
Sherry Ann does an amazing job traversing 3 sites with very different needs, and keeping everything organized. She delivers a consistently high level of quality clinical care.
Kerry has supported a fellow colleague through a very difficult time in their personal life. Kerry has gone above and beyond to do this, giving up her own time to provide this support and be there for her colleague, showing huge empathy and support for them, ensuring when her colleague comes to work she is able to feel supported.
Denna ensured a residents dreams came true this week by planning a birthday surprise for him to visit his home town and do an activity he had been wishing for; watching the ferries come in and go out of port. Small to some but massive to him. Denna did all the planning in her own time and came in early on his birthday to surprise him with this!
Lois has worked hard to develop her skills as a Health Care Assistant, broadening this by completing the TRiM Practitioner course and working on different wards around the Hospital. She is going on to complete her Nurse training at University, and we are very proud of her commitment to giving the best possible support she can.
Since Harry joined Cygnet 4 months ago he’s had a huge impact. I can now take leave knowing that Comms tasks will be carefully dealt with in a timely and positive way. He’s taken the initiative on many projects and improved the way we work as a function. His friendly manner puts everyone he meets at ease. We are all so grateful for his support!

For the past weeks Diane has been supportive towards her colleagues and offering them comfort when circumstances seem tough or challenging. She has been great to work with and has offered her time and understanding to both service users and staff members. I am thankful for Diane and for the work and effort she has been putting in!
Eve has single handily documented all the events and activities that take place at Brunel and created an easy read Quarterly newsletter for the residents. This has been recognised by our Hospital Manager Stephanie Coxon as “outstanding, amazing work and collaboration, what a wonderful newsletter well done”.
Lucas has been with the service for approximately one year. I am currently covering the service until a new Manager is appointed and within two weeks it is immediately apparent that he works with care, integrity and respect towards our service users in any activity that he undertakes. An all round superb attitude! We need more people like Lucas!
During our covid outbreak we had staff members off . Jumoke showed great flexibility and adaptability in changing day shifts to night shifts and working extra shifts to help to support the team and our residents
