Gail has been recognised being positive even in difficult circumstances by acknowledging the difficulties and coming up with solutions from a place of understanding, confidence and enthusiasm. She looks after us all well.
Femi has been recognised to have the strength and determination. Femi can rise through tough challenges in the form of providing amazing support to the hospital when our RC was away for a period of time.
Tommy has shown great resilience when carrying out his role. As we have opened a new service and been shorted staffed Tommy stepped up to the challenge to ensure the team have everything they need.
Katie has been incredibly supportive to me in my role. I have a regional responsibility in my role although Katie is always there to offer help and support such as supervising other qualified, APs reports. She is trustworthy and very valued.
Janine has currently been covering an additional two sites to her own for Admin tasks whilst we have a vacancy. She has been amazing and had constant positive feedback from all sites even though she has had a lot of additional tasks onto her workload. She has improved compliance across sites and minimised workload for the managers. Amazing work!
Lauren is an outstanding leader who is passionate about the care we provide. She has continued to provide me with the support I needed to progress in my role at Cygnet.
Katie is an excellent communicator, she is adaptive and responsive to the different communication needs of residents. Katie also works hard to build effective and meaningful relationships with families she is clear and considerate in her work.
Vicky is always positive, she generates appropriate fun and laughter within the service, she knows how to make people feel comfortable. She is a pleasure to work alongside and is able to work hard while lifting everyone spirits.
I would like to nominate my colleague Ryan Ward support worker at Longfield House for organising special events. He took it upon himself to organise the Jubilee party and Pride event at Longfield House, he ensured that the service had everything.
Lisa has helped within developing the new starters relationships with residents and staff communicating the service users activities and planners. Lisa is always had a open door to make kirkside a success.
He took time out of his day to show me how to be a ‘buddy’ for a new starter. He’s made sure that I knew what I was doing and talked me through my tasks. He’s always been very caring and looks after residents with voracious passion. Thank you Nathan !!
Tina works so hard to ensure the seamless running of reception, and this doesn’t just stop in the work place. Even whilst not on shift she will always check on staff and acknowledge any messages sent out of office hours. She will always go the extra mile to ensure another member of staff is found due to absence so not to compromise the team. Queen
