Laura makes sure I am empowered with knowledge needed to fulfil any task around the house and with residents. She makes me feel seen, heard and respected at all times. I feel very looked after especially as a new support worker. She’s caring.

Recently the service has gone through quite a large makeover-During this time Tony has worked incredibly hard to ensure that the service is ready and safe for service users to use.
Stephen has supported his colleagues and patients in enabling good communication through sign language which has helped all the people on the ward. Ste has deescalated many situations using his fab communication skills.
Brittany has been working on deaf low secure females and is going forward with moving to a male acute. Something that she didn’t think she would manage as she has never worked with males, however is taking the plunge and trying it anyway.
I’ve always appreciated my employer calling me when struggling with something work related. Lorna is an amazing TRiM practitioner. She has offered me support during time off due to incident on the ward which I was injured in. Lorna prevented build up of anxiety.
For 7 months we were a ward manager & clinical manager down. Izzy worked incredibly hard to ensure we did not drop our high standards of care, even though this meant every other week on call and long days and taking on extra responsibility. Thank you!
Linet has enabled one of our patients to regain the skill of walking following him not walking for two years. Over several months she has supported him to continue with his goal, her passion shone through and she has given him back his independence
Paul is a valued member of staff who works really hard within the home cooking and cleaning. Paul is a great support worker who ls very supportive with the residents showing them empathy and reassurance when needed Paul .and also works well in a team
