I am nominating Kathy for Support as I have been covering the admin team due to Annual Leave and Kathy has been there as constant support and help and I couldn’t of got through the 2 weeks without her help and knowledge. Thank you
I am nominating Kelly for Hard work because she has really gone above and beyond her role whilst her Line Manager is away and taken charge and worked so hard covering jobs and taken on extra work load and completed everything to the highest standard.
Megan goes above and beyond for all the YP’s on Buttercup. Megan dedicates her time to engage in 1:1’s and is a constant support system for the yp’s and staff. Megan ensures no staff leave without making sure they finish there day off with a smile
She is person centred and organises events at the service around residents needs, likes and choices. She does this by getting the feedback from tenants meetings to make sure their voices are heard, the outcome they want is achieved and it brings fun.
Always goes the extra mile for staff when they need coaching and developing within their job role. Will support staff with a listening ear, advice, adjusts the rota’s to support staff when an emergency arises and they require time off.
Kayley has put a lot of work into recruiting staff to site. She has set up a Facebook page which as been really successful. She spends time finding local job fairs to attend and has driven recruitment so nearly all the service vacancies have been filled
Shannon is always looking for person centred activities for individual service user’s. Shannon thinks out of the box and ensures activities happen.

Dee always offers me so much help and support. When we get a new resident Dee will be the first to take over and offer support. She is such a key member to the team and help me out when necessary.
Keesha has grown in confidence since starting on the nursing unit as a support worker. She has now completed her care certificate induction and passed her probationary period and is wanting to do her nursing. She is proactive and positive.
Brian has been helping to make a Jubilee party for the residents at Beckly. Making sure everyone is involved and made some home made treats for the day. Brian will always go above and beyond to make any occasion special for the residents.
