Dan recently joined the gardening project team and since starting has not stopped. He has helped to whip the garden into shape and going the extra mile to ensure the garden is in tiptop shape to wow visitors as soon as they walk through the gate.
Zy has worked super hard in these last couple of months and managed the office on her own as I have been away for couple of weeks.
Although she recognises this has been tough, she has always remained positive.

Lindsay has been recognised by the hospital to love to laugh and create a happy atmosphere that makes others feel at ease. She is personable, kind and encourages laughter for patients and staff in order to lighten everyone day.
Emma has been recognised by the hospital as someone who puts herself in someone else’s position, share their feelings and understand their situation. She listens to others, acknowledges their experience and recognises human emotions.
Joanna has been recognised by the hospital approaching things in an optimistic way, expecting success and making life happier for staff as well as patients. She also acknowledges difficulties and comes up with solutions when possible.
Liz has been recognised by the hospital as stepping outside of her comfort zone and embrace new challenges in her new job role as a ward clerk.

Prit is supportive to not only the individuals in her care, but makes sure that her colleagues are supported as well. She is a brilliant shoulder to cry on and makes everyone feel special. She takes great care of even the littlest of things.
