Janet has gone from strength to strength with her computer skills over the past year. She has not given up and is now completing tasks on the computer she never thought would be possible.
Lewis has had a really difficult time personally. He continues to come to work and be a supportive, caring and hard working colleague. Lewis is very valued by all!

Every morning through tough times we have had to send a covid tracker to Barbra, and every morning she replied back making all the team smile, all the team used to ask what her reply was today as it could be beautiful Monday wonderful Wednesday.

Whilst on her first covershift at Thornfield House a resident collapsed and had to be resuscitated. Sarah was amazing and even though upset she still came back to do another team leader shift the next day. She has shown great resilience & positivety
Daniel has been amazing since starting his new role in the compliance team. He is helpful and supportive to all teams on site. Recently Daniel supported another colleague who became very unwell at work, he was a great role model and inspiring.
Chima has gone above and beyond supporting the service during our current staffing issues, working alongside of overtime to help ensure the service is safe and continuity of care for the service users.
He has also been amazing support with a new service user.
Watching Holly engage the service users in constructive activities that help build their confidence and give them purpose is such a treat. No matter how challenging the ward gets, Holly always has a smile on her face and an empathetic response.
Heather is an excellent nurse and is often faced with incredibly difficult situations on the ward. Despite this, she always positive, willing to support others and is person-centred in her approach. Thank you Heather!
Penny volunteered last minute to support a service user on a week long holiday as the allocated staff who was meant to go on holiday was unwell and could not go. Penny demonstrated her passion for the role in not wanting resident to miss out.
