Gemma goes above and beyond in her role on a day to day basis always ensuring the best for the patients within our care. Which has been confirmed by a note that has been left by a SU for Gemma upon discharge which states the following. “Gemma, thank you for genuinly caring about me and taking stuff on that wasnt even your job. You’re amazing”.
Rebekah made sure that all the staff and residents at Outwood felt the love on Valentine’s Day and organised a Valentine’s day party, with a cake hand made from home, party food, gifts and activities. Everyone had fun and had a great time! Thanks Rebekah!
Sylwia is an amazing chef – she creates spectacular food. She is also skilled in making appealing food that takes account of patients IDDSI levels and other nutritional needs. Khurram has recently supported a service user to go for a walk to the shop, this is the first time the service user has walked to the shop due to risk behaviours. The service on return to service appeared to have enjoyed this. Thank you Khurram for your support with this.
Adrienne attended a care formulation session for one of our service users. She contributed some really great ideas, being able to draw on her psychological knowledge, make links between themes and patterns in the service users presentation and behaviour. She confidently shared these ideas and demonstrated great enthusiasm and passion for her role.
Thomas was a valuable asset and an incredible help to me when in the community during an incident with one of our individuals from the service. He remained calm and composed during his first hold and showed great application of his Safety intervention training. With this being his first restraint he handled it very well. Thank you Tom
Georgia made sure that all the staff and residents at Outwood felt the love on Valentine’s Day and helped organise a party. Everyone had fun and had a great time! Georgia organises lots of events at Outwood, and makes easy work of it – we appreciate her going above and beyond to make Outwood a fun place to live and work!
Breony came to work with us and said with certain residents she was not as confident with as she was with others and this caused her anxiety. she has over came these obstacles and can now work with confidence and the service users have been rewarded by care, support and lots of corny jokes from her. Bre’s confidence is growing every shift.
Mick goes above and beyond for his colleagues at Clifton. As you are aware we are all struggling from the living crisis at the minutes and Mick helps us all out here to save money. He has done a number of repairs for colleagues after work, in his lunch break and at weekends for his colleagues including myself for free.
Sophie is always coming up with new and exciting activities for service users to try out. Sophie puts in a lot of research in her own time and really gives it her all in everything that she does. Sophie is also great at helping to boost staff morale and always has a smile on her face and a funny tale to tell to help brighten up peoples day.
