Aquino arrived an international nurse; despite issues with accommodation, delays and cancellations to her OSCE, Aquino did extra shifts supporting the ward, fitting in seamlessly and an endless support to the whole MDT whilst studying and settling.
Dean helps to ensure team is running smoothly, is flexible when it comes to working with service users, he has made sure in the past that we get equal time to support each resident. Dean is always happy to help with cooking in the kitchen too.
Kayleigh just got a new job role as ATL, Kayleigh works very hard and definitely deserves this promotion, everyone here at Outwood is very proud of her! I think she will be great in her new job role!
Zoe is passionate about her job role working with service users. When 2 service users wanted to see Greatest Showman at the theatre and couldn’t as it wasn’t on. Zoe thought out of the box and brought the theatre to Dene Brook.
2 staff was having a very low day and Rebecca boasted their mood by listening and giving a hug to support them.
Dr Suleman is an exceptional consultant who ensures his juniors are always well supported. He is an exceptional teacher and has helped me prepare for my exams. He is kind and patient and always listens and sometimes that’s all you need.
Donna initially started work as Receptionist and has grown and developed through coaching, training and self study to process to MHAA and more recently to HR Administrator. Donna is an inspiration to others to showcase what can be achieved at CYG.
Finlay has worked so hard to achieve her nursing. She has waited very long to receive her pin but has always found time to help out her team. Her knowledge is out of this world and she will always do her best to support her colleagues when needed.
Viviene works on the female PICU at Woking which is one of the most challenging environments to work in. She always has a smile on her face, and works hard to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. Thank you Viv!
Molly has been working as a lone nurse and covering the ward following staff leaving for 6 months. She has really stepped up and led the team in ensuring the young people are safe and their care needs are met whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Nathan is able to light up a room with his comedy and boosts the moral in the team. We are lucky to have him and his alter ego.
