I want to recognise Laura for her enormous enthusiasm. Since she arrived, it has been abundantly clear how passionate she is about caring for our residents. It is inspiring and along with the knowledge and creativity she brings, it leads to more collaborative working and person-centred care for the individuals we work with!
Kelly is a fantastic addition to the OT team. She is incredibly passionate, motivated, fun and caring. She is always willing to lend a hand and help her colleagues and service users. She has contributed greatly to the Model of Care Group with service users, and I look forward to seeing her progress more in her role.
Michael strives to always engage with the young people as he frequently, especially as of late, puts on regular guitar shows and sings with the children, encouraging an upbeat atmosphere on the ward.
Michelle was recently asked to move over to the other shift code for a few weeks in order to support them as a Senior support worker. Michelle agreed to this as she is always happy to help and is very approachable in any situation.
Damilola works well sharing her Fun and passion based over three wards. giving great support and comfort to her team. Damilola your a star keep up your exceptional hard work.
Hamza has worked at Bury for a number of years and moved over different wards and worked with high risk patients, supporting them endlessly.
He works lots of overtime to support the YP and staff being a constant face who the YP’s can turn to.
Hamza has built positive relationships and supports staff with his positive attitude and reliability.
Kirsty goes above and beyond for the patients at the Grange and Lodge. She comes in on her days off to take one of our service users swimming.
She is willing to take on new challenges in order to support patients achieve what they want.

Since joining The TC Team, Lucie has worked incredibly hard to ensure all service users’ are included and catered for. Both herself and Nicki put in maximum effort, on the run up to Christmas in particular, to make sure a fabulous time is/was had by all. So, thank you Lucy, your efforts and hard work are massively appreciated.
Raimonda has provided the service with excellent support in recent weeks. During a difficult time of staff sickness, Raimonda has stepped up to lead shifts, cover extra shifts and administer medication, taking the lead where needed. Raimonda always has a smile on her face. The support she gives to the residents is fantastic.
Paige has been at Oakhurst for 7 years and has been Team leader for 2 years, Paige has been a huge support to myself and her team. Paige works incredibly hard and constantly puts residents needs ahead of her own, even in her own time and days off Paige is constantly thinking of her residents, and takes on extras to help others.
Recently Menace came over to help support Conifers, during a kitchen inspection. Menace provided indispensable help and support to staff team. Menace shared her knowledge and her clear passion for her work with the team over here, and we absolutely could not have done this without her guidance and hard work.
Diane has been a strong member of the team and has demonstrated the spirit of teamwork whenever called upon. she has also been proactive in helping newly recruited staff to get onboard and helping develop skills to the highest standards. i feel she deserves some recognition for her selflessness.
