Tracy has demonstrated an exceptional passion for therapeutic activities with the residents. Tracy is very creative and comes up with ideas on how to involve the residents in therapeutic activities. Always keeping the residents busy.
Mark is fairly new to the deputy job role, he has had to manage the service with little notice in my absence due to illness. He has worked over his usual hours to ensure the service is safe. He has showed good leadership skills
The team & I want to nominate Catt as she has had a huge impact on the young people and ward. Catt is very passionate. Catt has implemented communication cards for a number of the young people which has led to less incidents & better care as the young people feel listened to & empowered.
Becky has shown nothing but kindness in the form of support through my induction, sharing her knowledge, experiences, open door and listening ear. Becky has welcomed me and helped to make me feel right at home within the site.
Magda has done a fantastic job of holding the fort throughout the pandemic when we were 2 members of the team down and she was the sole team member for much of this time. Magda has remained positive, flexible and committed to her role and colleagues
Jutta is hardworking always supporting staff. she workers as a careers leave for the hospital. She always put herself forward to support the hospital if there are event. Recently she volunteered to support ward struggling with staff for a month.
Yaz is excellent at figuring out what people need and when to support their mental health. She asks the perfect questions to make you come to your own conclusions and gives you her undivided attention even when exceptionally busy (and unwell!)
Kim joined the team 1 year ago and has faced difficult and serious situations however has acted professionally throughout. She remains positive. It’s as if she had always been a team member. She is worthy of all of the above characters she is wonderful
Oaklands just wouldn’t work without Helen. She works so hard and knows the answer to everything. Helen, you are literally my right hand person and i wouldn’t manage without you by my side. Thank you.
Sandra is a fantastic member of the team. Recently she spent many many hours painting a wall of one of our service users. This took pure determination and she did an absolutely amazing piece of work. Well done Sandra
