Chloe has organized a Halloween party for all the residents with lots of spooky treats and homemade treats. Chloe face painted the staff and residents. She did various arts and crafts making sure everyone was involved. Everyone loved it!
Tafadzwa has worked really hard especially over the last couple of weeks which has been a very challenging time. In particular Tafadzwa supported a resident to meet his family at Pizza Hut for his birthday which the resident very much enjoyed.

Manjula works in the OT team. She has high levels of motivation, very positive and highly driven to deliver exciting activities which are focused around young people. She created a giant pumpkin for Halloween in her own time, which was a clear favourite.
Chris has always been the man to go to when staff are unsure of anything, He always pushes the boundaries of what is possible with each resident to get the best outcome. he achieves things that do not appear possible for some and always with a smile.
Always responds promptly and concisely to enquiries. Always super helpful despite the heavy demands of his workload.
I am nominating Lisa Greenwood. She has come so far in helping new staff to learn and develop. She is confident which brings the best out of the team, as alot of new starters are really proud to say I work with this girl at our service.
Lauren has worked hard to develop and progress in her career at Beckly. She is taking on new challenges and responsibilities in order to learn and grow. She is completing her apprenticeship and has been successful is becoming acting Deputy at another service.
As a fairly new hire at this location, I have felt nothing but warmth and guidance from Helen. She has helped me settle in and always has good advice if I have a query. This is how well she represents the company and it’s values.
When I first joined Cygnet, Marco massively supported me with coordinating and understanding PMVA training. He is a very passionate instructor and always goes out of his way to support his colleagues and the region. Thank you Marco for your support 🙂
Rachel’s growth in skills, confidence and leadership has benefited service users and the clinical team over the years. We have benefited from her input in planning discharge for highly complex patient group and helping shape the service.
John is a valuable team member, he is hard working and always available to support residents. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the needs of the residents are met. He has very good report with different patients and engages with them very well.
