Natasha is a very hard working team member. She is very proactive and is constantly looking to support the ward. She is a Physical Health Lead but has also taken up auditing care plans and STARTs to ensure that they are current and signed by SUs.

I like her style: calm, thorough and warm. Even worst shift doesn’t seem to be that bad, when she leads the shift. She has excellent communication skills, staff (across all departments) is always well informed to carry on their duties.

Sarah goes above and beyond her job role. She takes on extra work implementing new ideas concerning resident activities and takes into account their sensory needs. Sarah is implementing pictorial evidence of residents doing their activities.
