Annie has lead the first completed QI project at Brunel ” Choking is everyone’s business”. She has supported quality changes in Brunel which have seen the reduction of choking incidents from 1.8 /month to less than 1/month. Russell is always willing to help those on site. During the Christmas period and train strikes he was quick to help with lifts and a rota system in order to get staff to work. Recently, I ordered equipment to the wrong Site, and Russell kindly saved the day by going to fetch the equipment so that it could be used for the patient as soon as possible.
