Christine is able to see a problem from the individual’s point of view. She is able to think outside the box to find a solution for the problem. Offers to come to work on her day off to support anxious service users attending important healthcare appointments.
Lucy had a lot thrown on her in the past few months, she falls and she gets up each time. Many people would not guess that life keeps testing her really hard. Myself and others admire her, she is pleasure to work with.
Trish runs a staff lottery. From each winning, a small sum is left aside, so residents at Oaks can get something special for Christmas. She managed to save about £500 last year. She always has kind word for everyone, and makes them feel appreciated.
