Gary setters has supported the RFM team with the installation of safer bedroom works for the last 18 months, Gary has worked incredibly hard communicating with suppliers and fitters and working incredibly hard with re-decoration of Patient bedrooms. Tony is always willing to pick up shifts and takes pride in his role here at Norcott. Tony is a valuable asset to to the team who always shows up to work with a smile on his face and a bundle of positivity ready to dish out. We recently had a food hygiene inspection at Conifers and unfortunately our cook was off for some time. Kim stepped in to make sure everything was in order in the kitchen, from cleaning to cooking nothing was too much to ask and as a result helped us get a 5 kitchen hygiene rating! Thank you Kim!
Emily is new to Cygnet, her role is a dual role for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, so she has twice as much to learn and twice as many line managers. She has taken to this role brilliantly, working hard to learn the role, get to know the patients and complete their rehabilitation as well as keeping up with all her other responsibilities.
Chelsea is an amazing social work assistant, her work is amazing, she is a hard worker. She has at times managed 4 wards, which is very demanding but Chelsea always make sure that work comes first and its completed to make sure there are no delays that can impact service user’s care
Before starting her role as qualified Occupational Therapist, Tracy spent time working as a bank OTA to get to know the individuals in the service and her role. Tracy since then has flourished into her role as a qualified OT and I am so excited to see what the future holds for her.
Leanne has recently been successful in becoming Staffordshire Supported Living’s Registered Manager after being made Ashbrook’s Service Manager in 2021. Leanne is always on hand for whenever the staff or Service Users need her and shows true passion for both of her services. Congratulations again Leanne, it shows you get what you work hard for!

Nathan has come so far whilst being at outwood, first a support worker, to an acting team leader then to a senior night team leader, hes worked so hard for the residents and staff alike, always putting them first, hes brilliant and deserves recognition for all his hardwork and growth. Georgia has developed new and fun ways to teach residents to further their independence in their range of communication styles. With one resident, Georgia has developed a game for them to understand the uses of different jobs/community services and strives to maintain all residents engagement and enjoyment utilising her knowledge of the individual.
Dalton as taken on a role of activity champion at Beacon House and organised monthly parties that provide fun and socialisation. Most recently Dalton organised a Chinese New Year party celebrating the Year of the Rabbit with food, games and competitions. The success of the event is partly down to the huge efforts made by Dalton. Thank you!!
Since Jodie has been at our service she has formed alot of good relationships with the residents as well as staff, she has arranged trips out for the residents as well as fun days, raising money for charity days, harry potter day, jubilee day, she is currently thinking of another idea to do a dress up day, she is an asset to our team!
