Every time I am on shift, Helen is working hard on the ward to improve patients mental and physical wellbeing. She shows empathy and effective communication skills with staff and patients, especially during difficult times for patients.
Salim has done an excellent job over the 12 months in recruiting high quality doctors to his region despite the pandemic with good feedback. He has also lead on the new CESR programme for SAS doctors in Cygnet with excellent feedback and results.
I needed a van driver at short notice, she offered to help before a night shift and came in early just to help. Also offered to help me on the Friday following a night shift. Always flexible and willing to help support the team.
Whether it is staff or service users, Katie knows exactly what is needed of her at all times. She’s the person to go to on a stressful shift, you know she’ll cheer you up. And it’s clear that patients find her comforting, warm and a pleasure to be with.
My Father Passed away at the beginning of March and I have since had issues with the health of my mum.

Ben always has a joke or interesting fact to share with staff and service users. Ben is always willing to help and support staff as required and he always tries to look on the bright side and support others to see the positives of each situation.
Diane always supports other staff and service users and keep the shift going even when things are going wrong. Diane helps others with their job role and is always reliable and a source of support even when things are stressful or chaotic.
John is amazing! The world needs more Johns in it and since joining Cygnet he has demonstrated such passion for our service users care. John is always supportive and is currently helping the MDT as a temp Activity Coordinator.
Rachel was promoted to team leader at a hard time for the service, she has showed positivity and supported the team well during a difficult time of the service closing. Rachel remained positive and handled the service well whilst manager was redeployed

Stacey’s door is always open for anyone. It doesn’t matter if you need to talk about something to do with work or your personal life, she is always there with a positive outlook and a solution. I only wish I could choose more to nominate her for!
Elena has stepped up into a very demanding role. She supports a therapy programme that involves SO much thought and planning. Elena is new to the OT world and has adapted herself and her work in so many ways. It has been inspiring to manage her.
