Louise is the heart of Gledholt, she supports staff and those around her. She has a kind heart and is always open to listen, support or advise if needed.

Malcolm has a passion in his role of Activity Coordinator he is very pro active and passionate about all our residents care. Malcolm ensures that activities do not stop & brings in new ideas & equipment etc on his shifts and others to ensure all residents remain occupied & engaged during the day/evenings.
He is all of the characters rolled into one
Keith has been seen to have the strength and determination to rise through tough challenges in the form of providing amazing support to a resident who had hit out during an incident.
He has remained supportive/positive and continued to provide the best care possible to de-escalate the situation with good effect.
She is a hardworking colleague who is supportive of all that staff that she has been supporting.Recently we had a cqc inspection she motivated all the staff and was engaging in helping to implement the changes and to meet the compliance expectations.She does this with ease and is very much passionate about her job.She is simply amazing 🙂
