After accepting the offer you’ll be invited to our onboarding portal to submit the necessary forms and confirm your contract, ensuring all relevant pre-employment checks have been taken for our patients safety.
To ensure a smooth process please provide the correct documents and valid employment references. Cygnet requires references for any role in your employment history up to 2-5 years depending on the job you’ve applied for.
Once all checks are completed your start date will be confirmed.
All interviews are held in person unless the site you have applied to request for the interview to be online.
The dress code for your interview is smart casual as the interview is a formal interview.
When the recruitment team books you in for your interview you will receive an email with confirmation, on this email there will be a link that you can click on that will take you directly to the service you have applied for. That link allows you to research the service and gather what you know about it, also depending on the role there will be a job description attached to get a better understanding of the role.
Your interview will last between 45 mins to 1 hour. It will consist of the interview panel getting to know you and what skills you can bring to the role as well as some formal interview questions.
You will also have some time to ask any questions that you may have. After the interview, you may get the chance to have a look around the service whilst you are there.

During the first weeks of your employment, you will receive a specified, job related Induction to learn about our Company, our policies and our service.
Mandatory training is required specific to the service and role you’ve applied for.
